ABOUT GIFT REAL ESTATE

Gift real estate, in early 1990, used to be known as “Gift Tradings,” and later, in 2005, was changed to Gift real estate. Its founder, Ato Gebreyesus Igtat, established Gift real estate with the core value of professionalism, result oriented, integrity, customer center, engagement, and teamwork.

Gift real estate has been around for more than 15 years. Gift real estate is supported by its sister companies; Gift trading, Gift Construction, GNM industries, and Gift Building materials.

Gift real estate has a mission statement to maximize the return of investors. They are determined to give customers excellent quality and affordable residential and commercial real estate with full facilities provided for every class group with modern property management and related services, and play critical roles in the overall real estate development and hospitality venture and have been doing so with more than 30 years of experience.

APARTMENTS

Gift real estate has divided its projects into three stages; Phase 1 project, Phase 2 project, and Phase 3 project.

Phase 1 project, located in Addis Ababa, mainly consists of luxurious villas with different styles that add beauty to its gated compound and a beautiful green area. Phase 1 projects, unfortunately, are all sold out.

Phase 2 project is located in Addis Ababa, consisting of villas and apartments. The phase 2 project built-up area is much larger than the phase 1 project. The Phase 2 project is made to have the same features as The Phase 1 project. But have added apartment buildings in their gated compound and a basement and G+3 and G+4 in their villas. Unfortunately, the Phase 2 project is also sold out.

Phase 3 project is the latest project of Gift real estate. Phase 3 project, located in Hayat Square in front of Feres Bet, includes apartments, townhouses, and villas. This project is built for the modern way of living. It is currently in the market.

The apartments in the phase 3 project compound have five blocks. The 1st block has 14 floors with two basements, the 2nd block has 12 floors with two basements, the 3rd block has ten floors with one basement, the 4th block has 20 floors with three basements, and the last block has 18 floors and four basements.

AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

• Gift real estate participated in the Ethiopian red cross event held in July 2022 and was certified by our president, Sahlework Zewde. 
• Gift real estate has donated around 3 million ETB for the unprivileged citizen living around Ataye Ketema. 
• Gift real estate held a blood donation event on December 2022

PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS
