Ayat real estate is the first real estate company in Ethiopia. Ayat real estate, established in 1997, used to be known as Marefya Gojoye Marketing PLC. This real estate is fully owned and managed by Ethiopians and has made Ethiopians and Ethiopian diasporas homeowners.

Ayat real estate was built to be Ethiopia’s foremost real estate company that empowers clients to realize their dreams. Ayat real estate has apartments located in Ayat and CMC. They currently have four projects; Ayat hill bottom and business outlet, CMC business outlet, CMC apartments, and Ayat apartments.

The CMC apartments have 61 residential complexes, various floor plans to choose from, a marble fireplace, and all the apartments have a view of mountains and the city.

Both the CMC apartments and Ayat apartments have backup generators, elevators, garbage chutes, and reserved parking spaces. CMC apartments have a  green area and a kindergarten nearby, and Ayat has a train station and direct road access.

They are said to have excellent customer service and that they have tried to work on themselves to make it better. However, many customers complain they take too much time to finish their construction. Some have also complained that they ask for more money after you buy a property and do not deliver in the agreed-upon time.
