ABOUT YOTEK REAL ESTATE 

Yotek real estate is one the leading construction companies in Ethiopia. Established in 1998 by Yohannes Tekele, Yokete real estate has a stable, strong, sound, and experienced management. 

The Ethiopian real estate, Yotek, was built to satisfy the housing demand in Ethiopia, which is significantly high considering the population size of the country, by offering affordable housing. Its mission is to build and maintain a dedicated team driven to exceed clients’ expectations and has the vision to be stakeholders’ first choice company. 

Since the establishment of Yotek real estate, which was 21 years ago, and since then the estate has managed to;

Yotek real estate has two residential apartments located in Megenaga and Lebu. Both of the residential apartments’ compounds contain a tennis court, basketball court, commercial center, green area, gymnasium, sauna, and steam bath. 

The residential apartment located in Megenanga has a total built-up area of 52,750 square meters. One floor has two flats, and all the apartments contain balconies. The Megenaga apartment is currently on sale. Unfortunately, the apartments located in Lebu are all sold out.
