 Sunshine real estate, established in 1984, has been the leading construction company in Ethiopia for 33 years. Sunshine real estate was changed into a private company in 1993. The private company started with only ten employees, doing minor construction and waterproofing. With its strongest beliefs in collaboration, productivity, and creating jobs to decrease poverty, Sunshine real estate now has more than 4475 employees and more than 10,000 clients.  

The Ethiopian real estate, Sunshine, has the vision to be a construction sector benchmark in Ethiopia. • It consists of two Marriott hotels, one Hilton resort, and two commercial buildings.

3. Sunsisters trading, 

• Has a mission to boost customers’ confidence by offering valuable services with remarkable consistency. 
• It was established in 2012 was the aim of simplifying the day to day life.  
• It comprises a beauty spa, laundry services, and rental business encounters. 
• It has 17 branches of sunshine laundry.
•  Luxurious rental apartments with 3-2 bedrooms with complete equipment (kitchen, living room, maid room) located on Cameroon street in front of millennium hall.

4. Sunshine Philanthropy Foundation, 

• It was founded by Mr. Samuel Tafesse and his wife w/ro Fetelework Elala, and their group
• The goal is to enhance the lives of socially affected orphans, vulnerable children, young adults, and families.
• Built schools and an elderly center. 

APARTMENTS 

     Sunshine real estate has one residential apartment located in CMC N0 2. Two apartment buildings are located in Gerji, and Bole Beshale, and one ongoing apartment is located in Meri Luke. 

     The Sunshine apartment, located in Gerji, has nearby resources like coffee houses, banks, shops, hotels, pharmacies, proximity to taxi stops, gas automotive, and beauty spas. 

     Sunshine apartment, located in CMC No2, has a 20,000 square meter 10-block apartment in its gated compound. Each floor has four flats, 3 to 4 bedrooms, vertical car parking area. The building does not permit pets.

REVIEWS 

Sunshine real estate is one of the best real estates in Addis Ababa. Real estate chooses great spots for construction because everything is found nearby. The locations are reliable for great restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bakeries, and vegetable markers. It is also close to the city. 

Nevertheless, sunshine apartments have had a lot of complaints regarding water resources. There are several water shortages for residents living on the top floors of the buildings. Another major problem for the residents who live on top floors is that the apartment buildings need to contain elevators, which can be tiring.
